Both the Bridge of Allan and Stirling Hotels offer a range of individual rooms with original design, superb dining facilities and contemporary conference facilities that are ideal for the smaller meetings and events.

The Adamo experience wouldn't be complete without 'The Bank', the stylish restaurant. Menus have an exciting mix of classic and modern dishes, using quality Scottish ingredients. From our Express Lunch Menu through to our Evening Dinner Menu there is something to suit all. The ambience within the Restaurant is complimented by the rich colour palette and complementary dark wood - all quintessentially Adamo.

Sunday - Thursday 12pm-7pm
Friday and Saturday 12pm-6pm
2 courses @ £9.95pp or 3 courses @ £13.50pp
Our Express Menu offers great quality and value. Choose from a set price for two or three courses. Four dishes have a small supplement but they're worth it. 

Dinner
Sunday - Thursday 7pm-9pm
Friday and Saturday 6pm-9pm
Dinner Menu - 2 courses @ £17.50pp or 3 courses @ £22.00pp
