Nicky-Tams has been established for over 100 years. The bar itself was a former bank, built in 1704, which afterwards went on to be called The Caledonian Vaults in the early 1900s.Nicky Tams is considered to be one of the most haunted pubs in Scotland. Apparently there are a few of the undead hanging about Nicky Tams and I don't mean a few of the punters that have had one too many!! Possibly related to several murders in the vicinity around the early 1900's, staff and customers frequently report unusual sightings, sounds and sensations.
